Seasons
Games will be played on a traditional UK two season game year.
Movement season's (Spring & Autumn) need to include retreats & Winter orders.
These additional orders may be conditional on that season's moves.
Thus Spring orders should contain retreats whilst Autumn orders should contain retreats as well as Winter adjustment orders.
In the absence of retreat orders any dislodged unit will be disbanded.
In the absence of Winter orders, builds will be forfeited, whilst the GM will disband units.
Units will be disbanded as follows, starting with units not in supply centres. Those furtherest from home SCs, with fleets disbanded before armies in event of a tie then units outside the home country. If all else fails disbands are made alphabetically.
Deadlines
The GM of the game will outline a deadline for orders, the GM is not required to accept any orders received after this deadline but may at their own discretion.
No Moves Received
Failure to submit orders will result in your country being NMR, all units stand.
Two successive NMR's will result in you being replaced in the game or the power being put into anarchy.
Players will be blacklisted for being kicked from a game for this reason.
Players will be grey listed for inclusion in future games with white listed players gaining preference for inclusion.
Order Submission
Orders need to be written in full at each iteration to avoid confusion.
Partial orders will not be accepted as a change to previous orders.
Please label your orders as provisional, final or iterated to aid the GMs job.
The latest iteration will be used for adjudications.
Orders
Discretion will be given for method of ordering, but the orders must be clear for them to be adjudicated correctly.
The unit must be included in the ordering. A or Army, F or Fleet.
Movement orders must include both origin & destination.
Support & Convoy orders must include the supported or convoyed order in full, with both units ordered for the orders to be valid.
h, hold, holds, to, moves to, - all understand and valid.
s, support, supports all understand and valid.
c, convoy, convoys all understand and valid.

Lvn = Livonia
MAO = Mid Atlantic Ocean

Press
Players may submit "press" for publication alongside the game, these are welcome and may be conditional on that season's moves.
Press can either be open disclosing about the player behind it, or can be closed but may not deviously pretend to be another power.
Ask the GM for clarification, the deadline for Press will be outlined by the GM and is likely to differ from Adjudication deadline.
Game End
A game may be ended at any time on any terms proposed by any player (or by the GM) by an unopposed vote of the players. Failure to submit a vote on a proposal is deemed to be a vote in favour to end the game. If more than one proposal has been put forward [even several proposals] then players must make sure to vote 'for' or 'against' all of the proposals. Also if multiple proposals are made and all are carried then the first one is the one that gives the result. The identity of the player proposing the game-end will not be revealed until the end of the game.
Errors
In the rare instance of an error in an adjudication, the error should be brought to the GM's attention immediately. Any errors carried over for more than one season will stand.
